The Vagabond Indie Craft Fair will be held at Urban Bazaar on Saturday & Sunday, May 5th and 6th. This bohemian pop-up marketplace will be chock full of handmade goodies from over 2 dozen local artists & craftspeople. Plus, we'll be holding a bake sale to raise $$ for a Bay Area high school's art mural program, having free button making going on all weekend, and doing free sewing demos with Nicole Blum (author of Improv Sewing) on Sunday (we hear tell that there may even be sewing machines for you to use, too!). Brandi of Urban Bazaar will teach you how to create a tiny world of succulents, rocks, and moss, encapsulated in a glass orb terrarium. Each student will get to make one terrarium to take home with them, and will be able to use the skills they'll learn in the class to make more terrariums in the future (all supplies available for sale at Urban Bazaar).

Students will learn:

How to care for succulent plants in an enclosed container
How to transplant succulents
How to use color to create a beautiful terrarium
How to plant and decorate a tiny terrarium
